The PowerPoint Plug-in will automatically import the searchable fields in each collection. You can change this setting by specifying the fields that are important to your presentation.

To change the metadata fields that will be imported into your presentation:

1. Click Advanced on the Summary Screen shown below.



2. A new dialog box appears. Click the Metadata tab at the top left of the dialog box.

   

3. A list of the metadata fields for that collection is displayed. By default the searchable fields within the current collection are selected for import.

   

4. Check the box next to any field that you want to import into your presentation.

5. Because the searchable metadata will be different for each collection, you may want to review the metadata to be imported into your presentation. Move between collections by clicking Next Collection or Previous Collection, or click on the dropdown list at the top of the dialog box to go to the collection you want.

6. When you have completed edits to all the items you wish to import, click OK. This closes the Advanced options dialog box.

7. Click Finish to close the dialog box and complete the import.
