Choosing Items to Import
The PowerPoint Plug-in uses the contents of My Favorites to determine the set of items that can be imported into PowerPoint. Using the Advanced options, specific items and metadata fields can be selected for import.
To import a subset of the items stored in My Favorites:
Click Advanced on the summary screen shown below. Thumbnail images and metadata will appear. All items are automatically selected for import. 
Uncheck any items that you do not want to import, using the check boxes to the left of the item icons. Or use the Clear All and Select All buttons to quickly eliminate or add items for importing into your PowerPoint presentation. The CONTENTdm Server URL may contain My Favorites from multiple collections on the server. Move between collections by clicking in the dropdown list in the top of the dialog box or by clicking the Next Collection or Previous Collection buttons at the bottom of the dialog box.
