Editing, Deleting, and Reordering Items in a Document
Use the features described below to make changes to the titles and order of pages as you create a document.
To make more extensive edits, such as metadata text changes, to existing compound objects see Editing Existing Compound Objects.
To view individual items that have been added to your document structure, double-click the item title. The item appears in the right frame of the Compound Object Creator window.

To edit an item title, highlight the title and click Edit. The Change Title dialog box opens. Type the new title and click Change to change the title. Note: Title changes are made within the document only. This does not change the title of the individual item within the collection.

To delete an item, highlight a title and click Delete.
To change the order of items in your document, click and drag the title of the item to a new location within the title list.
To duplicate item titles, and or add trailing numbers, such as Campus tour page 1, Campus tour page 2, do the following: Select multiple, adjacent item titles using the shift and arrow keys on your keyboard. Click Fill. The Fill Item Title dialog box opens. Type the new title you want and click OK. Your changes will be implemented beginning with the top-most item selected from the title list.
