Full Resolution Manager
Full Resolution Manager defines the full resolution settings for the collection. This feature allows you to specify whether or not full resolution images are to be indexed by this collection, the default full resolution volume size, the default sizes of the display image and the archive image, the default volume name prefix, and whether or not the full resolution information is public (viewable by all in CONTENTdm Search Clients) or private (viewable only by CONTENTdm administrators).
For detailed information on using the Full Resolution Manager, see the tutorial Archiving Full-resolution Images.

Display full resolution volumes
View the Volume List by clicking on the link Display/Edit Full Resolution Volume List. This opens the Full Resolution Volume List where you may view or edit full resolution volumes.

Create, update, or delete full resolution volumes
To create a new volume:
Open the Volume List by clicking on the link Display/Edit Full Resolution Volume List. The Full Resolution Volume List appears.
Click Manually add a full resolution volume, located near the bottom of the page. From this page, you may add a new volume, click on a volume name to edit the properties of that volume, or delete a volume.
To update a volume:
Open the Volume List by clicking on the link Display/Edit Full Resolution Volume List. The Full Resolution Volume List appears.
Click on the name of the volume you wish to edit. This opens the Volume Properties page.
Enter any values that may have changed. For example, if you copied several volumes from CD-ROM to DVD-ROM or changed the location of the volume, update that information here. Note: Updating information about volumes does not change the size or location of the actual volumes.
Click Update.
To delete a volume:
Open the Volume List by clicking on the link Display/Edit Full Resolution Volume List. The Full Resolution Volume List appears.
Check the box next to Remove this volume from the volume list. Click Update.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Remove this volume. Note: Removing a volume from the list will not delete the items within that volume, it simply removes the name of the volume from the Server.
