Building Text Index
After editing items within a collection or adding items to a collection, you must always build the text index in order for the changes to be reflected in a collection. To build the text index, click Build text index. Next, click Start build. Depending on the size of your collection, the build may take several minutes. The confirmation message Build of text index was successful is displayed at the bottom of the text index build report. You must scroll down to the bottom of the report to view the confirmation message shown below. Click Back to Collection Administration page.
