Opening an Existing Project
  1. Select Open Project from the File menu or click on the toolbar's Open Project icon. A list of current projects will appear.

  2. Select a project from the list. Click OK.

  3. Enter your user name and password in the login screen.

  4. Click the check box next to Remember user name and password to bypass entering your user name and password for this project in the future.

  5. The Project Spreadsheet opens at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Begin adding items to the project.

    Click Acquire image from TWAIN button Acquire to import an image from your TWAIN source (scanner, digital camera, etc).

    Click Import file button Import file to import a single file.

    Click Batch add button Batch Add to import multiple related items (pages of a book) or a batch of individual items.

    Click Import URL  button Import URL to import a URL.

A project will remain available for future use until it is deleted.

To delete a project:

  1. The project you intend to delete must be closed. From the File menu, select Delete a Project.

  2. From the list of projects, click the name of the project to delete.

  3. Click OK. The project will be deleted.
